Welcome to District 3! My name is Briana Isaacs from Millbrook High School, proudly representing the largest FCCLA community in the state as your Vice President of Programs.
District 3 is home to the state’s capital as well as the many other beautiful cities that surround it. With the never ending things going on in our region, boredom is not an option! We have festivals and concerts with your favorite artists, lakes, parks, and greenways if you are a nature lover, and all of the state’s historic museums. If you are feeling adventurous, I would definitely go visit a Durham Bulls baseball game or take your family on a relaxing boat ride at Pullen Park. District 3 is full of loving and determined people, people who are true born leaders. Throughout my term as your Vice President of Programs, one of my goals is to attract more of these leaders into our amazing organization, putting North Carolina FCCLA on the map! As Warren Bennis once said, “Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality.” North Carolina FCCLA has so much in store for our members this upcoming year! I can’t wait to see our entire FCCLA community come together in Atlanta, Georgia for our National Leadership Conference, as well as the community service events planned within each of our chapters. I encourage all of you to make the most out of this year and turn each of your visions into realities!
